Chocolate milk does not contain the electrolytes that plants crave

“Sports drinks” are worthless crap!
Just ordinary raw whole milk would be the best choice, and no chocolate is necessary.
Just do not consume “low fat” milk, or skim milk.

Neither is beneficial for someone with diabetes. After my husband struggled with type 2 for years, I realized that it was unrealistic to expect him to go it alone and joined him in going low-carb. He’s lost over 60 pounds since then and his blood sugar level is normal. It’s such a relief and worth giving up sugar and starch.
I do treadmill and weight work and have found that the first 15 to 20 minutes are challenging, but then I’m fine.

All added sugar is bad news.
Especially the high fructose corn syrup, which is a dangerous neurotoxin.
The lactose in whole raw milk is healthy, but not if it has been heated as in pasteurization, in which case it has become as hard for the body to deal with as any other processed sugar.

A Urologist says that Gatorade, and all the Gatorade like drinks is the worse thing you can drink for your kidneys.

My wife got similar advice and has turned out to be correct.

High Fructose Corn Syrup you need to avoidI buy that, completely.
Mrs WBill went on an Anti-HFCS kick some time ago. I said, "Whatever".
I gradually noticed that I was eating less, because I was less hungry. Filled up more quickly - where two PB&J's for lunch were a norm, suddenly one was fine. Weight loss followed.
So - I'm sold, and I look closely at ingredients now. What surprised me was what had HFCS in it. Soda? Sure, makes sense. But Pickles? Ketchup?
