Strzok: FBI-Bias Probe Will ‘Tear Down Underpinnings’ of ‘Law & Order’
National Review ^ | 7/12/2018 | JACK CROWE

Posted on 07/12/2018 8:59:30 PM PDT by Beave Meister

Embattled FBI agent Peter Strzok suggested during an open hearing Thursday that the ongoing congressional investigation into political bias within the FBI would severely damage the institution of American law enforcement.

“This entire exercise comes at a cost,” said Strzok, who was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. “We are doing things that are going to, in the future, tear down the underpinnings of what represents law and order in this country. And there is not a robust, thick wall there. I think people don’t appreciate how tenuous the balance of the rule of law verses chaos is.”

The veteran FBI agent then appeared to conflate the ongoing congressional investigation into political bias within the agency to more general attacks on law enforcement, such as the characterization of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers as “Nazis” by some on the far left.

“When we as a people engage in activity where we take the institutions wholesale, whether its the FBI or the U.S. intelligence community, and compare them to Nazis, we destroy things that we may not see for years and years. Once we break those down the amount of time it’s going to take to fix is going to be tenfold.”

This isn’t about bias.

It’s about sedition.

Could even be the Vatican under the Hippy Pope.... it's a "foreign entity."

There was something on Hannity last year about Hillary and the Italian PM.

And then Merkel was pumping money to the foundation as were the Aussies and NZ...

At the end of WW II, Goering was happy to not have been executed by the SS at Hitler's orders or the Russians, and expected to be treated as an honorable POW by the American forces, then to be released resume his life after the war.

Imagine his surprise when the Allies arrested him for War Crimes. Even then, he was hoping that he could turn the Nuremburg trials into the same farce Hitler did 20 years before that after the Munich Putsch. He was wanting to turn the trial into a forum for justifying Naziism to the rest of Germany and that the German people would sympathize with him.

However, he didn't realize how badly the German people loathed what Hitler and his cabal did to them. One example: Some American soldier was playing the Donald Duck "Heil! Heil! in the fuhrer's face" on a record....and the German workers around him were laughing just as hard at it as he was. A prosecuting attorney who saw that knew right then and there, that Germany wouldn't revive National Socialism.

Say what you will about Doucheland today, but West Germany was a stalwart ally for us for the 45 year Cold War.

Strzok is a smug little punk. Sessions should have had him in front of a grand jury long ago. But, the FBI was lost in the Richard Jewell case. After that, all pretense of professionalism was gone. Lying, dickless pencil pushers. Time for them to be dispersed around the alphabet agencies and be done with it.

You imbecile! YOU and your ilk have destroyed what respect I had left for the FBI for LIFE!!! I don't CARE what happens next, I will not cooperate with the FBI on anything ever again because every time I see an FBI employee, I see YOU.

Either put this guy in prison, or the public looses complete faith in the FBI. Do it.

And what underpinning is that? A prosecuting Mueller who is obsessed with finding lying snitches to butress his case regarless of National Security?

This isn’t about bias. It’s about sedition.

Exactly... it has driven me crazy that it keeps getting called 'bias'. Bias may be about an unreasonable hostility and prejudice towards a person or group but it's also just a simple leaning in a particular direction. By calling it 'bias' is to concede that what has gone on here by Strzok et al is at a much lower level than what it really is.... pure sedition. I can't imagine why anyone would agree to do that. It's like agreeing at the outset of a murder trial that a bullet in the face is just an unwanted invasion of one's personal space.

Strozk is basically saying, "If I go down, the FBI goes down with me

He was and probably still is involved in a coup. His smirky, creepy attitude makes me suspect that he really believes that what they had planned is still in place. How the *ELL did the nation steep so low that an FBI agent can arrogantly defend his actions to overthrow the President at an HOR hearing and not be taken away for extreme interrogation?

No, I think that has already been done by turning the FBI into a political enforcement tool.
At this point, destroying the FBI so that something else could replace it would be the best outcome.

accusing the inquiry panel of discrediting the FBI

So, they are pointing out to us there belief that some justice is finally being done.

Aristotle defined justice as each person getting what he deserves. These traitorous b*s and b*s are a long long way from getting what they deserve.

Amusing that we ended up with a psychopath running counter intelligence for the FBI.

What is tearing down the public respect for the FBI is people like Peter Strzok. Bad apples in the FBI is what hurts the FBI, not criticism of those bad apples.

They're not the least bit bothered with the image they are projecting. That is what arrogance does to you.
