a basic question about the indictment evidence is being avoided by all who are reviewing the content therein….
While the DOJ document is full of detailed accusations; which has given the narrative engineers a great deal of fuel; there’s a specific aspect missing. The entire indictment (full pdf below) is based on the premise of the FBI conducting some -unexplained and unsubstantiated- form of forensic data-analysis to formulate their detailed conclusions.
However, can anyone explain how this FBI forensic data-analysis was possible when the FBI was never allowed access to the DCCC, DNC and Clinton Campaign servers?

Lou Dobbs said the same thing tonight. That this is based on ‘heresay’ as the server was not seized by law enforcement. No evidence has been preserved. No chain of custody. And do those servers even exist today? They were wiped clean ages ago too (with a cloth?/s).
Lou was saying how this is all just a big bunch of bull and anyone with any sense knows it.
I was equally confused reading the indictment - Guccifer 2.0 was a FRAUD. It appears they relied on Crowdstrike.
So ... again ... this makes it look like RR + the Mule are making stuff up and they are black hats vs. white or grey.
Their explanation for DNC things is that they prepared a big .zip file or something and then transferred that ... but the whole writeup is sketchy on the technical side.
