Exactly. And the best is when they're *your people*. There's something inexpressibly beautiful about seeing people who wouldn't be here but for your own "fiat" serving God, serving neighbor, and navigating the snares of the world. There's nothing else like it. You are truly taking part in the divine act of creation.
