Liberals love the idea of a "living constitution" that can be changed with a simple majority of just 9 people. Or they did as long as they had at least four reliable votes and at least one who would always swing their way on anything important.

These damned judges on the 9th circus have overturned damned near everything the people in CA. have overwhelmingly voted for!!!
