My father was police K9. I know a little about dogs. The other day I was in a park and saw a guy with his dog off its leash. Needless to say, dogs were supposed to be on a leash in this area.

I also noticed two other things: the dog was part pit bull and second, the dog was not listening to the guy very well.

The guy was real 'smiley' and friendly and such, so we started a conversation. So... this guy goes to shelters to rescue dogs and he has several children at home.

In summary, there is no talking to lefties about pit bulls, safety of their families... or anybody else's family, wherein they should keep their damn rescued pits on a leash.
