But he might just vote against the nominee out of pure hatred for Trump that he has displayed from Day One (that day possibly being one of the days before the election). "From Hell's heart, I spit at thee!"

I am in full agreement with other posters here and in other threads over the past month that McCain is immobile, comatose, or even brain-dead. I am also in agreement with the thought that he will give up his seat one way or the other the day after this November's election, given that he hasn't given it up already. I just don't know what his end game is there though.
