FULL TITLE: Bartender is arrested for attacking teen in Texas Whataburger because he was wearing a MAGA hat, as Trump Jr says he'll get President to sign a replacement cap for 16-year-old victim
The 30-year-old Texas man who threw a drink in a teen's face after ripping the young Trump supporter's 'Make America Great Again' hat off his head has been arrested.
Kino Jimenez was arrested without incident at his Universal City home, San Antonio Police said Thursday night.
The former bartender is being charged with felony theft of a person. Bail has been set at $5,000.
Jimenez was the subject of a video that began to go viral on Wednesday, showing him confronting 16-year-old Hunter Richard about a MAGA hat the teen was wearing.
Richard says Jimenez came up to the table where he and friends were eating at a Whataburger and pulled his hat off his head, grabbing some of his hair with it.
Video then shows Jimenez throwing a cup filled with ice and soda at Richard, yelling 'F*** the president!'

Exactly. Is he even a citizen or did his momma cross the river, illegally and give birth to him? If so, then he should be sent packing along with everyone in the family. How awesome would that be? So reading between lines. No real issues with the name above. However, upon learning that said individual changed the name to "Muhammad Ali", there is a lot to read into that. The individual became a Muslim, and probably radicalized, due to the type of name change (not everyone who becomes Muslim formally change their names). So not that hard. Even if he were not famous, it would be reasonable to guess that the individual in question is a radical leftist, and you'd generally be right.

Since the 2016 election, I’ve only encountered a few “passing flip-offs”. The VAST majority of them are pu$$ies - all bark and thus far , NO BITE. Although had one experience on Hwy. 77. A couple pulled up beside me & flipped me off while hangin’ out of the passenger side window. They tried to block me in the right lane. I simply put on my blinker and began to slowly merge over into the left lane. The woman driving panicked and drove off into the grassy median. They are IDIOTS driven by their hate & emotions. Temper tantrum children.

Gee... now THERE’S a good old fashioned American name right there...
No because I know the cops would arrest me and not do a damn thing to the assholes. I’ll end up with a damaged truck and no justice. If a real war would break out the cops would have PUBLICLY choose sides. I’m sure my truck would get damaged but I assure you I would get justice. And the only judges making any rulings would be those the winners have chosen. And I have no doubt who the winners will be.
Now if someone gets in my face ANYWHERE I will get back. And I’m 67 years old but if I go down, I’ll go down swinging. Also at 67 I’m still a dead eye with a rifle.

I’ve got a couple questions about this incident.
I read this took place at 2:00 in the morning. Is that true?
The 30 year old was probably drunk, or had at least something to drink?
Also, why is a 16 year old out at 2:00 in the morning?
