I am only insinuating that the woman had a right to be in that pool.
The pool isn’t a “right” it’s reseved for the members of that community. I’m sure one of the rules on the books in that community (because it is in mine) is not to give out the key card access to guests and an owner must be with guests at all times.
Asking for ID is not unreasonable.
