The co-founder of Portland Resistance, a prominent Antifa group, was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to two felony charges of sexual abuse of a 17-year-old boy in March, and being found guilty of one count of sexual abuse of a 17-year-old girl in a jury trial last week.

“I can tell that you’re sincere and I can tell that you’ve grown a lot over the last couple of years,” said Multnomah County Circuit Judge Jerry Hodson at the sentencing of Isaiah Rhodes.

Is this Judge bat-sh$t crazy ?

He was previously registered as a sex offender stemming from a conviction of first-degree sexual abuse and sodomy, but those records are sealed because he was a minor at the time of his conviction.

In two weeks Rhodes is scheduled to begin a trial in a different Washington county to face four counts of second-degree sexual abuse and one count of third-degree sexual abuse. These charges stem from his alleged sexual contact with a 17-year-old boy whom he met on the dating app Grindr when he was 21

Yet in Ohio they sentenced a 20 year old to 30 years in prison for child porn because he had a sexy picture of his 17 year old girlfriend on his cell phone.

I guess the lesson here is that if you are going to fool around with minors, do it in Portland (or be a Clinton Crony).

"Heh, heh! Boys will be boys, right, Isaiah? Now go run off and play Bolshevik like a good little molester." He sure is an understanding and supportive judge... I can't remember ever seeing one like that in person over the years, but I have never been to Portland.

Nor do I plan to go in the future, what with Judge Pervhugger and the whole Rhodes family defining deviancy down.
