With the island evacuated, no one can see her. The police should just pull down their ladder and wait for her to come down and go take a nice donut break.

For the Dems, this is great. Let them endorse and own this and answer to the 10s of thousands of tourists denied chance to visit the Statue of Liberty on our 4th of July. The ones who waited six months to a year to go up the arm to the torch are I'm sure very supportive of her idiotic protest.

I blame the police for screwing up the day for everyone. They should ahve closed that balcony off, igored her, and continued with business as usual.
