Take that photo of the stooped balding guy from the other day. It may have been Q was asking us who it was, or for us to identify the person. It could also have been directed TO the person in the image basically saying betcha didnt think anybody was snappin yer pitcher when you wuz wandering around in Chinatown, didja now?

Many saw the person crossing the street. But there is plenty more to see, right? Like, what is the device on the upper right of the windshield?

Eye the Spy(yes, probably a larp) said it was not the balding guy people were supposed to figure out who he was but the guy in front of the balding guy. If you notice the guy next to, on the other side of the balding man, he is watching the guy in front of the balding Westerner.
