Not just Mexicans. It was something on the order of everyone has a right to migrate here, so all those people fleeing from other countries are welcome to stream through Mexico and enter the USA.
That is even worse news, since a large proportion of illegals, from what I have read, are from countries other than Mexico. OTM.
