I think Q's message here, is to emphasis that disinformation is being used and is necessary. No idea what he is saying of his recent activity is disinformation.
He tells us that his prior US (United States) ML (martial law) NG (national guard) posts were disinformation, but that the SA (Saudi Arabia) posts were true.
The use of (1) after the martial law reference might mean that his first martial laws messages were disinformation. There may have been others that were not. I don't recall nor did I see any analysis of this in FReeQ discussion.
Why is this relevant? To cause or prevent actions by the enemy. Perhaps in this case, to seek to prevent street action and riots by the enemy.
The "mirror" comment remains muddy. Seeking [here] for truth refers to Q's often used killbox code. Perhaps things in the killbox are the truth or the killbox signals that the message is not disinformation, but the truth?
