A live action role-playing game (LARP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants physically portray their characters. The players pursue goals within a fictional setting represented by the real world while interacting with each other in character.
Sure sounds like this board is a LARP to me. And, while not entirely suspending the option of disbelief, I follow this pretty carefully, recognizing that I am a recovering Q-dophile and tray to keep myself on a maintenance dosage. It's tough.
Hmm, portray their “characters”, meaning characters other than who they are in real life, in a fictional setting. Totally not what Q is doing. He/they just aren’t telling us names or showing faces, which is as it should be.
Or does “this board” mean FR?
What is Q-dophile? Too addicted? not sure...
