Having been on/off the grid since last week as I have been carousing the mountains of Virginia, visiting family and friends, I have neither had the time nor inclination to share the recent goings-on related to The Red Hen in Lexington. Although I attempted to obtain supper reservations, the restaurant remained closed during my stay.

I also am compelled to share the link to a WONDERFUL bluegrass - with a twist - band that I happened upon during my camping adventure. These folks were a blessing to me and invited me into their circle ‘round the campfire after I requested assistance with setting up my tent.
