I think the key here is - that location was deemed to be a ‘company’ site ... so whomever it is there we’re supposed to be focused on is clearly in the midst of goings-on.
I still think most likely candidate is Schmidt, but I guessed at 80% ;)
I see physical similarities with William but I don’t see connection here - we’re tying things together with Snowden + HK + C_A
If anything is wrong here then we’re not looking at the right person - that has happened before with “Q” pics - looking at one thing when the real point of import is right in front + center.

I don’t know but I’m actually looking this up now.

That is Google map of the area someone claimed it to be and same as the one shown earlier.
Q’s shows no lines, traffic and carts.
I used street view from there and looked at earlier photos taken by Google.
My street view shows previous photos dating back to Feb 2009.
Traffic lines, crosswalks, no vendors, etc all the same up to most recent.
Now this might not even be the same location as Q’s photo.
Still checking myself to “help”.
Now show me what you found out.

I don’t think it is actually William for the reasons you state, but the resemblance was there...
If it’s Prince Andrew - the one photod with Ghislane Maxwell - he might be going to the ‘kindergarten’.

A FReeper further up the thread said the bottom photo is Canton and Nelson Streets. The top photo is Portland and Hamilton. If you go to Google earth, the markings on the street (or lack of) match up along with buildings down the street. Just FYI.

How could Prince William walk around like that, unescorted, in a former colony of the British Empire? It seems unusual. He would have drivers take him everywhere, and if he wanted ditch the drivers and escort to be incognito, and secret, he would not walk around so openly where he could be recognized. So it seems odd if it is him.

You need to remove your hall monitor badge and “help” the cause, not knock down everything someone else posts unless it came out of your mouth.

I was doubtful at first, even very skeptical.
So I read, read, read, read some more, used the old noggin and came to the conclusion that Q is what/who he says he is, and the message is true, and there is a Plan, and I trust that Plan.
