West Texas has been having Florida weather lately. 98 degrees with humidity is tough. Very weird northly flow patterns. Straight north.

Fewer storms would be great down here. Massive,construction still goes on Keys wide from the last one and probably won’t end any time soon. In Islamorada almost a year later we still only have half of our hotel/motel rooms available. Few understand the damage a big storm can do.

I've been around South Fla. since the late 40’s. Haven't missed many hurricanes since including
Andrew.During the cleanup after Andrew my wife was a hostess at a local restaurant in the keys. Every day she told of hurricane workers who dug up body after body from the storm.Few were reported,including the freezer tractor trailer loads of migrants bussed out of South Dade.It took years to reclassify Andrew as a five. We have a govt. that stopped telling the truth years ago.
