President Trump and others need to start responding to these judges inla gauge they understand:
"After reviewing the judge's order, I have deemed it unconstitutional and as of today, vacated."

President Trump and others need to start responding to these judges in langauge they understand: "After reviewing the judge's order, I have deemed it unconstitutional and as of today, vacated." While I agree in principle, this isn't the time to do that.
Better to wait until after the 2020 election, when Trump will have more flexibility.
