Entered the US illegally in 2013 as an ‘unaccompanied child’ (age 16) caught by the US Border Patrol but released to DHS pursuant to the laws and Executive Orders instituted by Obama. He was found to be intoxicated and engaged in street racing at the time he collided with Miss Root’s vehicle where she suffered fatal injuries.
