It's a business that has existed for as long as there have been summer vacations and borrowed lawn mowers: A pint-size entrepreneur offers to endure the rage of a summer sun on a neighbor's behalf, pushing a lawn mower across high grass for a small fee.
Last week, in Maple Heights, Ohio, that entrepreneur was Reggie Fields, a 12-year-old middle schooler who is the owner and mower-in-chief of Mr. Reggie's Lawn Service. His sister and two cousins also provided manual labor in their neighborhood outside Cleveland, working a rake and a broom to corral clippings.
That's what they told Lucille Holt-Colden, 51, who encountered them at a Dollar Tree where they were purchasing a gas canister and some lawn bags on June 23. Holt-Colden thought it was a good investment. Her grass was growing taller, and her $20 would be used to keep this particular group of black youths off the street and out of trouble.
She was mostly right.
As Reggie and his troupe were finishing up her yard, a Maple Heights Police SUV rolled up in front of Holt-Colden's house.
When she saw the police through the window, she was surprised. Then, when she learned what had happened, she was outraged - and reached for her cellphone to share it with the world.
"My neighbors that stay in that house right there," she said, swiveling the phone as it recorded her on video. "So I guess I have a line where part of it is not my yard. They called the police to tell the police that the kids was cutting their grass. Who does that? Who does that?"
She captioned the video: "This is RIDICULOUS!!!" a phrase she repeated several times during an interview with The Washington Post, along with "Who does this?"

lol...I did get a reminder card from my opthamologist saying I was due for an eye exam. That was about six months ago. I keep putting it off.
Only a progressive could be that racist.
We had a crackpot neighbor lady next door when I was a kid. My mom kept most of her harpiness hidden from my sister and I but I got bit by it pretty good when I was about 12 or so.
I did pretty heavy yard work mowing, trimming hedges, fertilizing, the whole thing. One day, I was spraying insecticide on the front hedges and walked around the corner that had a tall shrub. The neighbor lady had been spying on me from behind the shrub so when I came around both she and the shrub got sprayed down with insecticide. The neighbor filed some kind of assault charge on me and it ended up in city court. Since the lady was a well known crackpot plus she had been hidden on our property in the first place, the judge threw out the charge on me and put the crackpot lady on notice that she was the one going to jail if he ever saw her again.
The local politicians and police always know who the crackpots are. God forbid they are friends with them.
You're right its a PSA saying white people are so incredibly evil and racist that black people can't do anything without these horrible white people ruining everything for them.
While These same presstitutes will completely ignore when a black person carjacks or robs a white person for being "in the wrong neighborhood"
Was he mowing without a permit?
In the meantime a black male stabbed 9 people in Boise, Idaho. I would rather have the police called on me for whatever reason than be stabbed. But that’s me.
I’d rather see black folks, or anyone for that matter, mowing lawns rather than stabbing people.
That seems a lot more newsworthy than this piece of anti-white propaganda. But we see which got more coverage. Shouldn't THAT really be more the issue than this non story That got the neighbors race wrong? Too many freepers taking their off the ball for libs shiny objects.
the Mexicans usually mow lawns while blacks shoot or stab people. Its division of labor LOL
BTW I looked it up and Maple Heights, OH is a high crime area that’s 71% black. If there’s any white people left on that block they are living in diversity hell.
