Fag: in my youth, usually a guy who pissed you off. It was just another name we tossed around. Sexual ID had nothing to do with it. Homosexuals were just “homos”. We didn’t have a word for female homos...we didn’t know any homos.
Faggot: I still use this word. It’s a style term used in sewing...it’s the tiny precise stitching which is used to connect one piece of the garmet/item to another.
