I looked at the three times “470” was mentioned in q-drops. In two of them, it seems clear that Q might be talking about the 470th MI brigade because the context

Ask yourself - who is filing the indictments?
It would take a very large team to work this quickly.

(that one is NOT a quote from Q. That was a reddit summary that someone else posted, and in my opinion is mis-information or a mis-understanding that someone ELSE (not Q) posted on Reddit. It could also mean “investigators from the 470th brigade”

We know from the earliest Q posts that Q is “MI” Military Intelligence, so the 470th MI brigade makes the most sense. ALSO, it means military tribunals are MOST LIKELY

One odd thing that had been bugging me. Several times people have posted the map of sealed indictments by federal court district. I noticed the Western District of Texas was consistently among those with the highest number of sealed indictments. I took that to mean that most of the indictments had to do with illegals crossing the border or human trafficking. What didn’t make sense is that the southern district had fewer indictments. Generally, the border area that it covers has more smuggling as it covers the valley and Laredo. However, the western district covers San Antonio, where the 470th MI battalion is based. Don’t know if it means anything or not, but it is a coincidence.

I noticed in California too that the district right at the border had fewer indictments than the district immediately to its north, perhaps there is an investigative resource local to that district.

Horowitz having approximately 470 is a number lifted directly from Sessions' March 29, 2018 letter to Grassley, Goodlatte and Gowdy. This is the letter than first publicly named Huber.

To carry out these duties, Title 5 of the United States Code provides the Inspector General with broad discretion and significant investigative powers. The office currently employs approximately 470 staff ...

Mixing Huber and Horowitz is a common mistake, I've posted an error of that nature at least once, just in a hurry. It is also natural to conflate Horowitz and Huber from the way this particular letter is phrased, with subjects mixed tightly in the prose.

But it is also fair to think that if Huber is teamed with Horowitz, Huber shares or has access to Horowitz's staff, and in a way then, has the same 470 that Horowitz has.

Just saying, attributing 470 to Huber is not much of an error, and to me, is not "pulled out of thin air."
