To me, the document at the link above appears to be a cover letter requesting applicants for a one time accreditation job and a blank application form.

The letter is from O’Neil, and is written with the letterhead of the boss MD,Jinlene Chan, M.D., M.P.H. Health Officer, meaning that she has given authority to O’Neil to put out this call for applications to Behavioral Health Service Providers.

Have you ever considered one of those tyvek suits that painters sometimes wear? It would save a lot of washing behind your ears from all your digging. Besides, some of the bunny holes you go down seem to have been previously infested by some rather smelly critters.

Q posted about that to keep us interested, but also to shake up the DS. I have considered that perhaps the Q&A was never meant to be on 8ch. Q never said it would be, right?
