You may be right about that, I don't know. I do know that in a just world, the malpractice suit for death by tonsilectomy should have given her ample money to cover the costs if not outright ownership of the hospital.
One that case is ongoing. Two sometimes anesthesia causes people to die. It doesnt mean anything was done wrong. It means that some people ,particular obese people, do not react well to extreme sedation
Right. Because here family gave her a cheeseburger when she was only to have small amounts of liquids and she choked to death the doctors and hospitals should be liable?
bad outcomes do not mean there was any malice, nor negligance....actually IIRC, very few medical lawsuits are successful.
