Disney is eager to fire and replace Kathleen Kennedy over her disastrous handling of the Star Wars franchise, reports Grace Randolph of Beyond the Trailer. The left-leaning trades –Deadline, the Hollywood Reporter, and Variety, etc. — continue to willfully drop the ball when it comes to intelligent and honest reporting on Disney’s imploding Star Wars franchise. This means their readers cannot trust them for accurate and objective information. If a single one of these outlets has shown the moral courage to accurately reporting on the fan revolt against the left-wing turn the franchise has taken with Kennedy at the wheel, I missed it.

I found the storyline to be above par and the interaction was excellent. I did not read into the film anything regarding SJ and there was nothing about the due that seemed homosexual. I have brothers in my beloved Corps that I have the same affinity for, would die for, and never could that be interpreted as anything more than brotherly love and respect.
Yesterday I saw for the first time, a brief bit of a commercial for the new "Antman and Wasp" movie. I said out loud, "I know who Antman is, but who the h3ll is Wasp?" I've never heard of "Wasp."
Nobody knew. I said: "I'll bet "Wasp" is either going to be black or Female. I know nothing of this character "Wasp", but I am going to predict right here and now that this "superhero" will either be black or female."
My wife started looking up the cast. She then informed me that "Wasp is played by Evangeline Lilly."
Exactly what I expected. Having a white guy superhero suddenly joined by another white guy superhero would have illustrated a lack of diversity, so I would have been shocked if they had picked anyone except someone black or female.
Close, but no cigar. The "Star Wars" franchise was destroyed by the Hollywood Death Star known as Disney.
And now, they have been given the go-ahead to take over 21st Century Fox? At this rate, the only movies coming from the U.S. will paint all whites and Republicans as eeeeeeeevil, while womyn and non-whites (except those who are Republican) as good and virtuous in all they say and do.

So, going back to my comic book days - wasp was actually married to Yellow Jacket. White couple, and in love. First romance I was exposed to in a comic book.
They did a good job with it too. They were in a group with Wonderman and Scarlet Witch.
Somewhere around 1977 or 1978 or so, because puberty was kicking in.
Ant man was a lone wolf. Good comics, but he dealt with local sorts of criminal elements and had commune with ants.
One of the STUPIDEST things I did as I got older was drift away from comics. It was Iron Man that inspired me to be an engineer. Guy had a heart condition, and he engineered a solution to it, having found no other.

They already threw out a homosexual super hero. He's called "Dead Pool".
They made up for the ick factor by making him hilariously funny, ala Paul Lynde, or Jim Parsons.
They also don't make him blatantly homosexual. He isn't pushing it in people's faces. He just keeps insinuating it.
Never saw it. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

Deadpool is rocking Morena Baccarin, who is the polar opposite of male.
Deadpool did squeeze Colossus’ buns in DP2, but only because Colossus is a highly moralistic Russian dude.
DP2 was good. Funny. They shouldn’t have killed Vanessa, because she’s way too hot to die.
Again, the LBGT thing came in with the two X-men females who were dating. One’s a butch sort of type, but highly cute, and the other a ‘Hello Kitty’ type Asian girl.
It’s VERY hard to infer any homosexuality out of Deadpool’s character as they are writing him right now.
Mostly because it’s in their nature, but in part because it warns people about what has them.
The new “owners” of Star Wars carry an ideological disease that corrupts all they touch, morphing and transforming it and its nature into another iteration/carrier spreading itself.
Science fiction, fantasy and horror all have stories warning us about falling under the spell of or being bitten by such things.

Gotta agree with you. B5 is/was the very best Sci-Fi piece to every have been shown.
Battlestar Galactica was great also, but when they resurrected it as Battlestar Estrogenica I stopped watching.
Apparently, she got promoted. White guy that had that job got fired? Also, looks like she inherited the old white guy’s costume, since Ms. Marvel’s, while not functional, was appealing to the demographic buying the comic.

Last year someone took issue with my characterizing "Dead Pool" as homosexual. I think I came up with 20 or so examples of homosexual references or commentary in the original Dead Pool movie.
I don't remember what all of them were now, but his subtle hints of homosexuality were numerous. I also went to the Dead Pool script for exact quotes, and I cited those quotes in my message.
I think I also found quotes from the creator of Dead Pool who out and out says he's homosexual.
I remember this subtle clue. Do you recall the animated cartoons during/after the end credits?
Dead Pool is stroking the horn of a Unicorn, and it suddenly ejaculates a rainbow. Remember that?

Nobody does better research than you, so I buy all of it.
However, in either the comic, or in the movie, I haven’t seen a single thing that made me go, “Ew, whoa, that’s gay.”
I can’t define pornography, as it were, but I know it when I see it.
If DP ends up dumping Morena Baccarin (how?) and going for some other gay superhero, then, well, the comic book world gets a little bit dimmer.
