Interesting. Block ICE offices, ICE states it will use close circuit TV to hear cases because of protesters blocking access to court, protesters claim "injustice" and say they don't block access....then protesters abort protest!

“who say it’s a “direct attack” on their clients’ rights”
What rights?
Illegals don’t have such as they are not citizens, nor are they here legally.
Should be treated similar to spies and non uniformed combatants.

You don’t get to attack an agency en masse with no consequences, kiddies.

Perhaps, through the use of technology, the court can increase its productivity, and eliminate the backlog.

The game, for the attorneys, is to delay, delay, delay. If the illegal immigrant is held too long awaiting his hearing, he must be released, which is almost as good as a win.

We the People win by accelerating the process and granting a prompt hearing. Right now, the two bottlenecks are courtroom space and the number of courts. If the hearings can be done over video, the courtroom space bottleneck is eliminated. Then all we need to do is increase the number of judges, which we can do.

I do not understand why there should be complicated hearings in the first place.

They are illegals. They should be deported ASAP. They should be informed that bona fide requests for asylum should be filed at a US consulate or embassy, and that asylum is not granted to those who break our laws.

Why on earth should the US be burdened with taking care of Mexican and South American poor? They should take care of their own citizens. Why should we care more about their citizens than they do?

We need to change the conversation. The first battle to be won is with definitions. This has never been about'illegal immigration'--which creates a construct of debate on what's legal, what's illegal, etc.

The fact is that this is part of a large, planned soft invasion of our country, planned by people who want to destroy one of the most unique social experiments in the history of the world--America.

It should be no surprise to anyone that God has, and continues to bless, America--and the world hates that.

The Constitution does not guarantee any rights, privileges or protection to non-citizens, nor should it, other than the Christian goodwill and compassion that flows voluntarily from America's legal citizens.

We are fast approaching a time when, having lost the war on semantics, we will be forced to end the debate with a liberal employment of the 2nd Amendment.

This is custom in Municipal Court here, they don’t even bother to bring them to court, just the video room

This can also be recorded as a record of the proceedings

Suspected illegal aliens have the right to prove that they are here legally. If they can't do it ... deport their asses post haste.

Yes. If they're here legally, it should be no problem to look up their visa, green card, naturalization papers, whatever ... promptly verify their validity, and release them. The ONLY people who want to delay the process are the illegals.
