Axios: lefty site. Good thing? Spreading info on the left. They sure aren’t going to be reading FR (except for DS who are monitoring us. The average liberal won’t.)
Stuttering John is/was connected to Howard Stern who - oddly to me - is fairly conservative. So helping Trump?
Certainly lefties are not going to read ANYTHING that makes Trump look good. So how do you get them to read something? Cloak it in an article that purports to make Trump look stupid.
IMO Trump would not be likely to take a call from Menendez. He’s disgraced. He’s Democrat. What possible advantage could there be for Trump to talk to him? Trump has SO MUCH more important stuff on his plate. Out of 100 Senators, I would put Menendez in the bottom 5 or fewer of who he’d take a call from. So that makes the whole thing seem fishy to me.
