For starters, arrest the mayor and local law enforcement leadership for supporting an attack against the federal government.

Federalize the Oregon National Guard and send a battalion of infantry to clear the place. Arrest the Mayor for aiding and abetting a federal crime, bring the hammer down on them Mr President, meet force with more force.
Removal of this interference must go through the mayor’s office. If he refuses to remove it, then to the governor. If they still refuse, then federal authorities will have to enter and do it.
At that point, a potentially violent standoff between state and federal police authorities may take place. Does Governor Gray in California then say “we stand with our comrades in Oregon”?
