LOL - Corsi.

I remember seeing an old friend, while in my late 20s, that I hadn’t seen in 7 or 8 years. During that time, I was working out pretty hard, lifting up to 188% of my body weight. Anyway, when I saw him, he was astonished at how much bigger I had gotten.

His statement - “But, is it muscle or is it phat?” :)

That is a notable and admirable achievement.

This topic bears further discussion, as it seems a more masculine pursuit than owls or even crabs.

188% of your body weight is no small achievement so try not to just throw it around like that unless you really mean it. (Significantly less will likely get you at least a state record, in my experience.)

If you weigh 400 lbs, 188% is 752 lbs.

If 300, its 564
