188% of your body weight is no small achievement so try not to just throw it around like that unless you really mean it. (Significantly less will likely get you at least a state record, in my experience.)

If you weigh 400 lbs, 188% is 752 lbs.

If 300, its 564

LOL - when I was young, and much lighter, I could deadlift that kind of weight (that is, 188% of my body weight), and could squat almost as much, but I was much younger and lighter then. There were professional power lifters that could do much bigger, and a couple of the guys from High School could bench-press close to what I could deadlift. A huge achievement.

The 188% came from poster a month or so ago that boasted that number for some reason. I like to quote it every so often just for fun.
