Do they make a big deal out of the aluminum free baking soda?

I do not see the element aluminum in Sodium Bicarbanate......... NaHCO3 or CHNaO3

Just wondered if the store stuff was adulterated. Had a baking soda freak tell me to buy the Al free stuff at the hippie store.
