Big city problems, not pot problems. I live in the Colorado mountains. We have Hispanics but none of the mentioned problems here.
The Latinos that vacation down the road from me ran a bonfire last year when we had a ban. I drove behind them when they were leaving and watched as their kids dumped their food and coke cans on our clean road. There are beer bottles still on the ground around their lot. Maybe it’s a human problem not a race problem. I see it as a careless, uneducated problem that is represented largely by people from south of the border.
