Click the link in my posts,one hand is showing .The other arm is in motion.My latest guess is he was shaking someone’s hand.This had to be an edit from Analog-to-digital and the editors messed up.JMO I see it! And his facial expression matches that he was looking at someone! WHO would have been edited out???
