Most likely it is a United plane, not a Navy C-40. Paint (stripes) on plane shown on Q post are found on United planes and are different from the Navy C-40.

Angle of view from car shows the “UNITED” in the airline position (forward of the engine) as opposed to the MIL postion (”UNITED” begins at front of the engine).
It is a UAL bird.

Oh, I see the stripe thing now. Yes, the stripe is the same as the United Airlines plane.
