I really, really hate American pizzas made with chicken and/or pineapple. It’s an abomination. So is the entire concept of tomato paste, and enough mozzarella cheese to stuff a mattress.

A proper Neapolitan pizza has olive oil and garlic on the crust, sprinkled with a few whole Roma tomatoes just mashed enough to let the juices run into the olive oil, a few one-inch dabs of fresh, white, unsalted mozzarella, and two or three fresh basil leaves. That is all. Baked in a wood-fired oven.

Okay, maybe a few oil-cured Sicilian olives.

Visited Italy last month and I have to that at every place we ate, the food was excellent! From the fancy restaurants to the streetside shops, it was always delicious.

Can't say that about any other place I've gone on vacation.

Ok, I looked through it for a while. I’ve seen people be much angrier about food. Most of them seem to be complaining about some chicken and pasta dish or confusing peppers and pepperoni on a pizza. A lot of them are insulting Americans calling them obese and diabetic.
A lot of Italians when they get older, get fat lol.. I’ve seen it first hand. They start pushing maximum density after they get married and live in house dresses that look like hospital gowns ;)
