The White Hats knew this and intercepted the missile at the right time, long enough to have an alarm to be set off that Hawaii was to be struck. Per predetermined policy all of the information that is in the data center (NSA) in Hawaii which was actually shall I say “out of sync” with the mainland ones automatically transferred it total image to data centers on the mainland (and we were listening and got a clean full copy)
Missile intercepted which led to the discovery of the launch platform off the coast of Japan closer than Korea and within range of a SLBM (Sub Launched Ballistic Missile) fired from a “lost” Argentine sub bulit in Germany using an Israeli modified torpedo tube launched missile. They took an original one and modified it to increase range and accuracy. Their subs are built in Germany as well and the dimensions of the weapon and the torpedo tubes on the Argentine sub match. That also explains why Q says we are saving Israel for last, as they have their own subs that use the same device. The only countries that have Polaris or similar capabilities in their subs are US, Russia and China. There was some chatter that it may have been a rogue DS effort from Chinese folks, but later pictures emerged of the supposedly lost Argentine sub being captured.
So, by allowing this to happen we killed the proverbial 2 birds with one stone, we stopped NK who was breaking the CIAs grip from being blasted off the planet and got a full copy of the basic NSA stuff plus all of the other things we did not have that the DS had been hiding there.

Why would the DS be so frugal with their missile launches? That is fishy to me. It’s almost as if they WANT a single missile to be intercepted. It’s almost as if they WANT us to “discover” the firing of a missile.
How many layers does this onion have?
(This reminds me of 9/11 when “oddly” only WTC buildings came down. Neatly into their own footprints. Nothing else. WTC did not tip over and take out other buildings nearby.)
