How do you manage to make the little diacritical mark under the first “s” in Ceausescu?

LOL - I was amazed at that. The mark is a cedilla and I've been looking for that symbol.

I went to the internet to verify the spelling of Ceaușescu. I highlighted his name and copied it. See. I did it again!

How do you manage to make the little diacritical mark under the first “s” in Ceausescu?

If you're running Windows, click the start button and search for 'character map'. Brings up a dialog with all the characters. Remember ╠ ? You can copy/paste any of interest.

If you're on a Mac/iPhone, just press and hold the key until the other options pop up. When I press and hold s, I can get ß, ś, and š. (Copy and paste works, too! If you can find what you want to copy somewhere.)
