Not a 787 because its engines have a kind of serrated rear edge of the cowling and the one in the pic doesn’t. It’s a very noticeable difference.

Point made as as an airplane nut that slipped by, the new GE Gen series have that as a key visible element

BTW all of the Rolls Royce engines have been pulled from the 787 due to earlier than planned turbine failures. They are the ones who decades ago developed the Merlin power plant used in many aircraft like the Spitfire, P-51, Mosquito and Lancaster bombers. Love that engine sound
