Prayers are requested for my Wife's Chest Xray tomorrow. This a redo of an Xray last month that showed a "shadow" or ?
Praying recheck finds everything clear and healthy.

Hang in there. Often “shadows” of x-rays turns out to poor technique in picture taking.

When I retired from the Army, my CXR showed a “shadow,” an obvious mass, about 4CM. Unmistakable. I’d had this rough cough for about a year, smoker for close to 20 years. Radiologist and I both knew what it was most likely. I’m a doctor, too. Scared the crap out of me, and we had a prior film for comparison.
I asked him to go best two out of three so we repeated the study. I prayed for the next half hour until he could squeeze me in.
That film’s result?
Normal.
Weirdest thing either of us had ever seen. Fluke on the film? Hardly. Plain as day this was something I’d have gotten a CT for for any other patient.
So who knows. Was I cured miraculously? Suddenly? I like to think that’s true, and can be true for anyone with enough faith. Just a mustard seed’s worth.
I quit smoking for good about four months later.
Latest film, CT this year, no problems.
Trust God. None of this is under our control anyway.
