She was not “body-shaming” her. She just noticed that Barrymore had gotten really fat and assumed it was because she was pregnant.

I learned a long time ago never to assume that a woman is pregnant (at least not out loud) even if she appears to be about to go into labor.

Some people just don’t know when to shut up or mind their own business. I remember when I was two months pregnant with my sixth child, my mother actually told me I was fat. I was 107 lbs and 5’7”. I mean, REALLY? I have eight now and when we all go out, the comments can be irritating. I’m just thankful it’s not as bad as it used to be where we live now.
