The Microsoft MVP community will still be active on all these forums.
If you have any issue, flag an MVP for that product. The MVPs have direct access to the Microsoft program managers and engineers on their various topics, and can get you the answer, if they themselves cannot provide it.
Honestly, I’d much rather hear from an experienced American MVP than a Microsoft employee at the help desk in India.
I am an MVP, and we’re still very much active in the forums (# of right answers go to MVP “points” for some who don’t do other things).
