It’s data and it was on a server somewhere, that server had at least a DR (disaster recovery) back up and being as though it was a government server there are likely multiple back ups in various locations.

Someone can get to the data and I would have to think they already have but haven’t exactly disclosed that tidbit yet.

Maybe when Justce Roberts botched the first oath, he was trying to arrange a way for Obogus’ presidency to be negated. They caught him and made him do it again by threatening him with whatever they’ve been blackmailing him with since. (Adoption?) This is just my latest theory.
