Dont any of you guys and gals have a dishwasher?
I do. So for me the answer to the question is yes - thats just how dishwashers work.
Exactly. How do the British overlook the fact that auto dishwashers rinse dishes? Would seem to be important.
Id ask them if when they take a shower if they just walk out all soaped up and dry off.
I have a dishwasher but it hasn’t worked in 20 years. Mr. B’s excuse for not fixing it is the lime in the water will cause it to break down again. Yeah, one guess who hand washes the dishes and who doesn’t.
I don’t understand the new fad for having only one kitchen sink. How do they wash dishes when their DW breaks? How do they get anything done in the kitchen? Nothing but double sinks makes any sense, imo. One side for the soapy water and rinse water in the other.

Once California implements its 50 gal/person/month rationing scheme there will be all sorts of tricks used....
I am told that most of the work is done by the dishwasher soap. The water if filtered to meet EPA requirements.
