OWL REVISITED
PART ONE 6/9/18
As many of you know, I have had the sense that the word OWL has potentially more meanings than just what we have already established, in its tradition of being the symbol for evil/night creature/ harbinger of death. These are certainly significant, but we have learned from Q over the past several months that we should expand our thinking.
For that reason, I have continued to dig.
In my last visit to this topic, on June 3,
[ http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3660307/posts?q=1&;page=151

I was exploring the possibility of OWL could be an acronym. I presented at that time a list of links with brief commentary.
After that, there was some more digging. During that process, a concept of OWL as acronym surfaced that was startlingly obvious. It had been staring all of us in the face for a long time. A small selection of links will be provided, which I hope and trust, will bolster the concept.
It is my practice to post my raw research, making for a lengthy post. I apologize for that, but my reason is to present you with links and brief commentary in order for it to be easily accessed in the future should it become of interest. This presentation will consist of 3 parts.
Part one is the presentation of a new idea about what the acronym OWL can mean, with supporting links
Part two is a brief introduction to one single page from Aspen Institute showing their Cyber Team.
Part Three are more OWL acronyms - with another possibility of an important interpretation of OWL seen in some of the Q posts in a High Tech/Military application.
So lets get to it.
This link came to my attention:
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DcEXXdtVQAErWHm.jpg
It is a discussion by an anon about One World Foundations and the One World cabal.
There in that link we have the premise for at least one possible interpretation of OWL as acronym, even though the anon did not make that connection directly as “OWL”
The dime dropped: “One World caba[L”] or “One World Leaders.” It turns out that the key thought in the following listings if “One World” with the “L” sometimes being a wide range of “L” words possible.
And, in Q world, we think Mirror. So O W is also possible to be construed as W O - World Order configurations. While it would be possible to find zillions of links to references to World Order, for the purposes of this post, I am focusing on the OWL aspect.
Here is a list of supporting links to this idea:

There are others, but the ones above, I think are sufficient to make the point. One can make the case that OWL can stand for One World L

OWL REVISITED
PART TWO 6/9/18
After letting the OWL as One World caba[L] or Leader idea settle a bit, I began poking around looking for Leadership of the One World.
I think we can all agree it is a pretty vast undertaking to find the ones who slink around in the background - in plain sight, as it were. Unlike many of my investigations, I stopped my immediate searches when I found a web site that seemed to be very forthcoming in the provision of offering many bunny holes for further investigation. So I am sharing with you the list of what Aspen Institute . org calls their Cyber Group:
There are about 32 members of the group on this page, and I was not able to simply copy it, because the pictures themselves were hot links, and could not be copied as text. The hot links led to the expanded profiles of the individuals pictured. I spent the time typing out the entire list as shown on that one page.
There are some highly recognizable names on it as well as many weve never heard of. But these people are at some significant levers of power, and need to be known, IMHO.
There are some retired generals, as well as high tech Factotums. Even “Liddle” Adam Schiff is in this bunch. In my estimation, this page alone has the potential to connect up a lot of different areas and people of concern. That is why I offer it in detail so that it can be used easily as a resource for further bunny holing.
Several days ago I became curious about one of the members, one Mr. Zittrain, and I offered a post on what I found when seeking to learn about him.
I INTRODUCE YOU NOW TO 32 SELF-ADORING OWLS. THIS IS THE LINK TO THAT PAGE:

OWL REVISITED
PART THREE 6/9/18
Before preparing this paper, the thought of doing another acronym search on OWL seemed appropriate.
OWL ACRONYMS
I used an acronym finder this time, and these popped up:
One World Language
Ontological Web Language [AI Stuff]
https://www.w3.org/TR/owl-features/
Abstract
“The OWL Web Ontology Language is designed for use by applications that need to process the content of information instead of just presenting information to humans. OWL facilitates greater machine interpretability of Web content than that supported by XML, RDF, and RDF Schema (RDF-S) by providing additional vocabulary along with a formal semantics. OWL has three increasingly-expressive sublanguages: OWL Lite, OWL DL, and OWL Full.
This document is written for readers who want a first impression of the capabilities of OWL. It provides an introduction to OWL by informally describing the features of each of the sublanguages of OWL. Some knowledge of RDF Schema is useful for understanding this document, but not essential. After this document, interested readers may turn to the OWL Guide for more detailed descriptions and extensive examples on the features of OWL. The normative formal definition of OWL can be found in the OWL Semantics and Abstract Syntax.”

The omni-directional weapon locating radar provides surveillance over a hemispherical coverage volume (-20 degrees to 90 degrees elevation, 360 degrees azimuth) through a non-rotating, electronically steered antenna. OWLs enhanced Doppler processing capability and novel non-rotating antenna architecture make it possible to detect and track small, low, slow moving air targets while also meeting counterfire mission requirements.

“The Overwhelmingly Large Telescope (OWL) was a conceptual design by the European Southern Observatory (ESO) organization for an extremely large telescope, which was intended to have a single aperture of 100 meters in diameter. Because of the complexity and cost of building a telescope of this unprecedented size, ESO has elected to focus on the 39-meter diameter European Extremely Large Telescope instead.”
[Here following is the drop which made me think that further searching was in order besides the other “OWL as One World Leadership/caba[L]” interpretation. The “OWL” in #500 seems to require a more technical application. I am hoping that some of our military/techie people might find any of the above - or something else entirely that might solve this particular OWL puzzle:]
