When you pose for a stock photo, you never know how that picture will be used... and these people have ended up unwittingly fronting some bizarre
Having your picture taken might seem like one of the most innocent things in the world.
But what happens when those pictures end up in places you hadnt even imagined such as alongside an article declaring how youre turned on by orgies with fat, old men or holding a placard saying youre a sex offender?

First to respond was Yair Kivaiko who was surprised to find his photo on an article about bestiality last year after uploading the image to a stock photo site.

Stock photos are all of pretty people. Imma start an agency that gets all the snaggleteeth to sign a waiver. Imagine the advertising possibilities with a portfolio of snaggleteethed (toothed?) models....

Coulda posted it to Facebook or Twitter, etc. and not gotten the fifty bucks, because any image you post to them BELONGS to them, according to their Terms Of Service.

This is a good reminder of what could happen.

I do not know what is more disturbing, the lampshade hat, the kid’s short hike up to his protruding nipples, or the other kid in his skivvies with a Daisy pop gun.

Authors buy photos from these stock photo sites for maybe $15 a photo to use in creating a cover for their online book, say for sale on Amazon.
