Sounds like they were going to set up Trump, with him pulling out all the stops for them, then they were going to pull the rug out from under him, and not show up. Sounds like something a bunch of middle school girls would cook up. He’s too smart for them.
Local talk show guy also said tonight that the team players wanted to change the date of the WH visit to a time when the President would be overseas or somewhere else in the country. Despicable if this is true.
I imagine the Secret Service is all over the arrangements for any incoming delegation. The owners or any officials who accompany the team probably would have their rears in a sling if any mess happens.
