Yes, the county or town is responsible for making laws and enforcing them.
Your responsibility is to see they do enforce them rigorously and effectively.
The individual citizen is the basis of everything, don't shirk your responsibility to your community.

The supposed dog trainer works for the city/county parks department. There was no way the city/county was going to do a thing. The woman has a permanent handicapped parking placard. She occasionally mows her lawn and I actually watched her shovel a pickup load of mulch from her pickup. (Certainly stolen from my property taxes) Her husband never mows the lawn and the same placard and is obviously also not handicapped. When I went to Kroger a while back this woman was parked in the pregnant woman parking space. (Mid 50’s) They have registered both pits as support animals. They are entitled lib wackadoos and their dogs are a menace. She had a pair of rots before and they too were hyper aggressive. Soooooo kanawa... what do we do? Seriously.
