This is silly. Pizza is not inherently unhealthy made with fresh ingredients (and Italian wheat is not bastardized like our crap).
Meat or cheese also is not unhealthy. If you are in good shape, have your pizza as your meal and enjoy.
If its within your bodys requirements for both calories and carbs, there is nothing wrong with healthy pizza. And ANY HEALTHY CLEAN DIET automatically prevents cancer, or does as best it can to do so (which it might fail at if you work with asbestos, smoke crack, have a ton of impersonal anal sex, etc).
