The goal of these leftists blabbering about President Trump pardoning himself is to give people the impression that Trump is a criminal and will eventually be convicted of crimes. Thus, needing to pardon himself. It’s utter nonsense, of course.

So Marc Rich, a fugitive from US justice was pardoned at the very last minute of the Clinton Administration, on the recommendation of Deputy Attorney General, one Eric Holder. See here. In a subsequent administration Eric Holder became attorney general and appointed one Preet Baharara to his position as US Attorney to the Southern District of new York. I'm sure they agonized for years over Rich's pardon, and of course the pardon had nothing to do with Rich's large donation to the Clinton Library. Much. Holder deliberately went around the US pardon attorney.

You *do* understand that Preet Bharara was a holdover from the Obama administration, right? And that he was eventually fired?

Have you ever been put in charge of a large corporation? Do you understand the concept of prioritization? What are the things that Trump accomplished first in 2017? What is he focusing on now? Which things will take a lot of time, given the fact that he not only has the DemocRATs fighting him, but the Bush League Republicans in his own Party?
